A product that failed you, a pick you disagree with, or something you want tested next. I read every message from the garage in Henderson, and I answer the ones I can actually help with.
What to send
- A product that died on you. Tell me the model and how it broke. Failures are the most useful thing you can send, and they change the picks.
- A pick you think is wrong. Say which one and why. If you are right, the page gets fixed and you get a thank you.
- Something to test next. Name the product type. The list of gear I have not bought yet is shorter than you think.
- A broken link or a typo. Paste the page address. Fixed the same day.
What I cannot help with
Anything about your animal’s health. I am a mechanic, not a vet. If a product touches your dog’s or cat’s health, your vet is the call, not me.
Brand and PR pitches go to the same form, but I buy what I review, so a free sample does not get a page.
